SHIPPING

Soft baked goods will be shipped VIA 2-day shipping or overnight shipping only. If you order treat bags, biscuits or cookies along with our soft baked goods they will be included under the same 2 -day shipping policy.

While our baked goods can last 2-3 days w/out ice, all orders will be shipped with ice packs to ensure maximum freshness and quality. It is normal for the ice to melt during shipping and product to be at room temperature upon arrival. However, if you notice any unpleasant or spoiled odor, please refrain from feeding the product to your dog and contact us in regards to the product.
