Returns & Shipping Policy

At Chewie’s Little Barkery, every order is baked fresh with care. Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our cookies and soft baked goods, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
While we take great care in packaging your order securely, please note that cookies may occasionally arrive with slight cracks or imperfections. This can happen during transit and may be influenced by weather conditions or humidity levels. Rest assured, any cosmetic flaws will not affect the quality or taste of the treats. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business!


Order Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If package is sent back to us customer will need to pay for shipping again to have it redelivered. 


Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’re happy to help by providing tracking details and any information needed to assist with your claim.


Damaged Orders
We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that arrive damaged during transit. If you wish to file a claim with the carrier, we can provide tracking and shipment details to assist you.
