Packaging and Shipping

• All soft baked goods will only have the option for overnight or 2 day shipping
• While baked goods can last 2-3 days without ice, all orders will be shipped with ice packs to ensure maximum freshness and quality. It is normal for the ice to melt during shipping and product to be at room temperature upon arrival. However, if for any reason you notice any unpleasant or spoiled odor, please refrain from feeding the product to your dog and contact us in regards to the product.
